TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CITY TREASURER

RESOLVED
that
Howard
E.
Jaquay,
Acting
City
Administrator, City of Wheat Ridge, is authorized in the name of the
City of \'Iheat Ridge to collect, endorse and assign all checks,
drafts, notes 2nd other negot i ab I e
or non-negotiable Instruments
payable to this City, or in which this City has an Interest, and to
draw, si<:Jn and deliver, in the name of this City, checks or drafts
against the funds of this City on deposit in the 1st Bank of Wheat
Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of carrying out
this Resolution that Howard E. Jaquay mentioned aforesaid be and he
is appointed as Deputy Treasurer for the City of Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority of the aforesaid
Deputy Treasurer to perform each and a II of the powers conferred by
the foregoing Resolution shall be in effect from May 2, 1987, until
notice of termination of such authority shall be served in writing
upon the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 27th day of April, 1987.
