SERIES OF 1988
TITLE:
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1104, SERIES OF
1988
WHEREAS the city council of the City of Wheat Ridge did, on
August 8, 1988, adopt Resolution No. 1104, Series of 1988, which
Resolution made certain findings regarding the public purpose to
be served by acquisition of certain properties;
WHEREAS the need to acquire said properties no longer exists,
and it is in the best interest of the City of Wheat Ridge, and the
property owners affected by said Resolution to rescind said
Resolution No. 1104, Series of 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the city
of Wheat Ridge, Colorado as follows:
Resolution No. 1104, Series of 1988, is hereby rescinded in
its entirety.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 14th day of November, 1988.
