RESOLUTION NO. 1240

TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1991.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1991 has been adopted through Resolution No. 1226, on
November 25, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as of this date, the projected carryover fund balance
from 1990 is greater than the amount budgeted for 1991 because of
a development project scheduled for 1990 was not constructed;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1991 Annual Budget by increasing the
budgeted revenues in the Conservation Trust Fund by $50,156 as
follovls:

WHEREAS, this amendment increases the 1991 Conservation Trust
Fund budget to $269,442 and the total City of Wheat Ridge
~ujget as of this transaction to $16,654,053.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
r"lheat Ridge, Colorado:
A. That the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1991 be amended as provided in this resolution; and
B. The state Division of Local Governments be notified of said
amendments as required by State statute.
