RESOLUTION NO. 1315

TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1992.
WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1992 has been adopted through Resolution l275, on November
25, 1991; and amended by Resolution 1279; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Counci 1 of the City of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1992 Annual Budget by increasing the
budgeted revenues in the Capital Projects Fund by $55,000 as
follows:

WHEREAS, this amendment increases the 1992 Capital Projects
budget to $3,244,044 and the total City of Wheat Ridge budget as
of this transaction to $17,524,125.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado:
A. That the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the
fiscal year of 1992 be amended as provided in this resolution.
