TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY OPEN SPACE APPLICATION AND MERIT EVALUATION FOR
THE 1993 DEVELOPMENT JOINT VENTURE/GRANT PROJECT REQUEST
FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A RESTROOM AT THE 41ST AND
YOUNGFIELD CLEAR CREEK GREENBELT TRAILHEAD.

WHEREAS, the voters of Jefferson County voted on November
4, 1980 to allow for maintenance and development of Open Space
lands and property; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Open Space has instituted
a Joint venture/Grant Project program; and
WHEREAS, the city of Wheat Ridge has park improvement
project needs that are beyond our means; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has the opportunity to
enter into a Joint Venture/Grant Project with Jefferson County Open
Space for joint funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City of Wheat Ridge submit the Jefferson county Open
Space Application and Merit Evaluation for a 1993 development joint
venture/grant project for the development of a restroom at the 41st
and Younqfield Clear Creek Greenbelt Trail Head.
