RESOLUTION NO. ~
SERIES OF 1995
TITLE:
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 ANNUAL BUDGET, INCREASING
THE CITY COUNCIL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge
wishes to amend the annual budget in order to allow the full and
complete payment of the 1994 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
WHEREAS, the appointment of a new audit firm, Van
Schooneveld & Company, after the adoption of the 1994 budget caused
a shortfall in the City council Professional Services account; and
WHEREAS, the comprehensive Annual Financial Report has
been completed; and
WHEREAS, the City council Professional Services account
requires $1,000 in order to complete the audit payment; and
WHEREAS, the $1,000 will be transferred from General Fund
fund balance to city council Professional Services-102-700-750.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of
the city of Wheat Ridge has amended the 1995 Annual Budget.
