A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL
POSTING NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS OF ~HE
RIDGE
LOCATION FOR
:ITY OF WHEAT
WHEREAS, the Colorado Sunshine Act of 1972, at
Section 24-6-402 (2) (c), C.R S. requires annual designation of the
official location fer posting of notice of putlic meetings; and
location.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to designate such
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wheat Ridge City
Council, that the following location is hereby designated as the
official location for posting notice of public meetings of the City
Council, Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, all council
committees, and all other boards, commissi:ns, and advisory
committees of City government.
The bulletin board located in the
lobby of the Wheat Ridge Municipal
Building, 7500 West 29th Avenue,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
