RESOLUTION NO 1540
TITLE:
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PUBLIC WORKS REVIEW FEE
STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, Section 5-41 of Chapter 5, Buildings and Building
Regulations, of the City Code of Laws, adopted by Ordinance ~,
requires that the City Council shall, by Resolution, establish
Public Works Building Permit Review Fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 5-41 of Chapter 5, Buildings
and Building Regulations, of thp City Code of Laws, the rate
schedule for Public Works revipw of Building Permit Applications
shall be as shown on Attachment A, Public Works Review Fee Struc-
ture tor Building Permit Applications
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
SECTION 1 The above permit and inspection fee structure be
adopted and remain in force until superseded.

The above fees include one follow up review to verify that initial deficiencies noted are
corrected Additional review and/or processing past the follow up review and/or processing
will be charged against the building permit applicant at the above fee schedule

public improvements,
