TITLE:
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AND SECOND AMENDMENTS TO
FIRST AMENDED INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING
THE ROCKY FLATS LOCAL IMPACTS INITIATIVE
WHEREAS, the Rocky Flats Local Impacts Initiative was
established by Intergovernmental Agreement dated as of March 18,
1993, and amended September 7, 1995 (collectively by the parties to
the IGA); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the terms contained in the
IGA, it is necessary to modify the IGA to extend the termination
date of the IGA to July 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
1. The First and Second Amendments to that certain First
Amended Intergovernmental Agreement Establishing the Rocky Flats
Local Impacts Initiative between the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
and other municipalities and counties, attached hereto, are hereby
approved.
