TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2001 BUDGET TO REFLECT
ACCEPTANCE OF THE 1999 JUVENILE ACCOUNTABILITY INCENTIVE BLOCK
GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge applied for and was awarded a grant for
the 1999 Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant in the amount of
$14,703; and
WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the grant on April 23,2001; and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Charter requires that amendments to the budget
be effected by the City Council adopting a Resolution;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. Upon receipt of the funds, that the funds be placed In the General
Fund.
B. The 10% match requirement of $1,634 be appropriated from the
General Fund unallocated reserve.
C. The City of Wheat Ridge fiscal year 2001 Budget be amended
accordingly specifically adding funds to Account #01-205-650-660 In
the amount of $3,000 for the School Resource Officers Digital
Cameras and Printer.
