attempt to wor~ out a 10nger lease

treatment plant, are for the full time remaining on the

Motion by Mr Lewis to amend Section 54 (b), second
paragraph of tne City Louncil Rules of urder and Procedure
in accordance with the Code ot Laws, Supplement 8, Section
2-24 (d) to read as shown ("In the event a recommendation
of a denial is forwarded by the Planning Lomrnission, the
reco;amendation will be considere'l final unless appealed 0Y
