~taft comments that this discrepancy case was the result of
a typographical error in the legal description on the
Lertiticate ot zoning Amendment i'lotion by i'Ir Davis that
Louncil Bill No 21 (Ordinance No 408) be approved, that
the legal description on the Certiticate of Zoning
i\mendment, and Lase .,Z-76-22 be corrected The reasons tor
this approval are (1) There ~as an error on the
Lertiticate at Zoning Amendment which placed the zoning
reyuest in an improper 10cation; (2) the Ofticial Zoninq Map
has incorrectly displayed zoning on the subject's site; (3)
tllere was ~-l zoning on tnis property in Lase
dZ-7b-22;--seconded by l'lr Lewis; carried 8-u

the voters to decide at election time if there had been

Mayor Stites said that there were a couple ot pieces of
property still being worked on on Lena Gulch and he hoped
that in aoout ten days construction on Phase I doula be
ready to start

at tne Boards and Commissions addressing an Amendment to the
Boards and ~ommissions Ordinance at 7 30 on July 22

control wardens to have someone on duty 24 hours a day
