the SUbjects of the discussions of May 2b, and July 8, with the
property owners in District IV, that were stil1 dissatisfied with the
alignment and the results at those meetings He recommended tnat the
alignment be approved as shown at this time vJotion by Mr Aiello
that we approve the alignment of Lena Gulch Schedule IV as presented
tonight; seconded by dr Bowman; ~lrs Turner requested to abstain from

Resolution adopting 1<.egional Housing Opportunity Plan
Resolution was introduced oy Mr MerKl, numDered 721, and the title

Housing Opportunity Plan and that these units would be made available
to low and moderate income people It woulJ involve new units,
existing units, and rehabilitation of units That last year
additional housing units were allocated for Title 8 subsidies and were
distributed to cities who have adopted the housing pIan; also 5U bonus
points would be added toward the 10UU required for the Community
