Creek Drainage Plan and authorize them to begin work on
Phase 3, Prelicninary Design (Ben Urbonas)

this project The Wheat Ridge portion at the Phase A project

the City will not oe ooligated for any ~ore funds other than

Mr Palmer stated that 1) the groundbreaKing for Lena Gulch
Schedule I is postponed and will be rescheduled later due to
death of Denver Citycouncilman Mr MacIntosh, who is also on
board of Directors of urban Drainage 2) That Centennial
Engineering is prograssinq on the Harlan Street project and
are still expecting the specifications in Mid-December 3)
contractor has started on the project south of 32nd Avenue
bridge 4) He introduced Rodger Young, the new director of

Mr Aiello saij he had passed out a synopsis of some intormation
gathered-at the National League of Cities, but he felt that the
most value had been obtained trom contacts with other peopl,~ frJIn
other cities and this is oifficult information to briny baCK to
those ''1ho did not attend I\lso, the iJational League or Cities is
going tJ taKe a stand on the Post Office question
