Dear Ms. Quinn,
Back in May of 1996, you received a lecter from our offices regarding the displacement of bus
benches throughout the Ciry of Wheat Ridge. That letter had explained a new project underway to
erect bus shelters on certain sites by a company called Outdoor Promotions.
Please find below a list of locations chat currencly have shelters in place, however scill have
benches at the site. We realize that you were noc given proper nocice regarding the five locations listed
below, therefore Outdoor Systems has volunteered to remove and return, to you, the bus benches at
the following locations.
• 38th and Kipling, NW corner
• 44th and Garrison, SE corner
• 44th and Garrison, NW corner
• 44th and Kipling, NW corner
• 32nd and Youngfield, SE corner
You may contact Dan Goette wich Outdoor Promotions at 1-970-225-1550 to arrange for the
benches to be returned.
We are also notifying you of sices in need of bench removal, that will be built on within che next
30 days. These benches need to be removed within that time. Outdoor Promotions will not be
removing benches from the following locacions.

•
44th and Kipling, NE corner
•
49th and Kipling, SW corner
•
49th and Kipling, NE corner
•
48ch and Wadsworth, NE corner
•
41st and Wadsworth, SW corner
•
35th and Wadsworth, SW corner
•
38th and Sheridan, SW corner
