There is a discrepancy with the placement of the bus benches at this particular location. Another bus bench company has applied for a bus bench permit for that location and it will need to be removed. No bus bench permits have been issued as of this date for renewal of existing bus benches, or for new bus benches to be installed from this date to March 1, 2005 when renewal of the permits will be required. There were no Bench-4-Rent bus benches at this location at the time of the original inspection done after the March 1, 2004 date for renewal of bus bench permits so it is considered a new bench. We apologize for the discrepancy with the other bus bench company, and please remember that no new bus benches can be installed before the issuance of a permit. There is a bus stop on the NE corner of Kipling and 39~ Avenue, which currently has no benches adjacent to it.
