There is currently only one bus stop at this location, therefore only one bus bench location will be pernritted. As of the date of this letter, this single ]ocation can be considered approved for up to two bus benches. In order to retain this location, the bench must be placed within IS days of ihis letter, in conformance with the city's bus bench regulations. Per Section 21-124 (e), for every five benches allowed with advertising, one bench without advertising must be provided in a residential zone district (A-1, A-2; R-1, R-lA, R-1C, R-2 and R- 2A). The total (existing and proposed) number of benches is 44 according to the lists that were submitted. All of the benches submitted in the list have advertising on them however.
