CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 13 Series of 2011 TITLE: A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF ARVADA FOR
THE DESIGN, RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RIDGE ROAD TRIBUTARY, DOWNSTREAM OF WARD ROAD, ALONG WITH AMENDING THE FISCAL
YEAR 2011 CAPITAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM BUDGET, AND IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, APPROVAL OF A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to
construct a portion of the Ridge Road Tributary; and WHEREAS, the City has negotiated a contract with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District and the City of Arvada for the local
funding of the Project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wheat Ridge City Council, that: 1. Contract Approved The Contract between the City and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District and the City of Arvada for construction of the Ridge Road Tributary is hereby approved and the the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same. 2. Budget
Amended The City of Wheat Ridge fiscal year 2011 CIP Budget be amended to transfer an amount of $50,000.00 from CIP Fund Balance to line item 30-302-800-834 for the Arvada Channel Improvements
Project. 3. Effective Date ____ _ This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption. DONE AND RESOLVED this fA3rr1 day ATTEST:
