the Southerly Right-of-Way line of West 52ru1 Avenue and being the Northeast Comer of part of
Lot 14, Standley Heights described at said Reception Number; Thence; departing said Southerly
Right-of-Way line S 00°42'47" E along the Easterly line of said part of Lot 14, a distance of 2.00
feet; Thence S 89°11 '13" W a distance of 130.02 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said part
