DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS' That Henry A. Binkley and Barbara L. Binkley, owners of Block 2,
Mortensen Subdivision, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, have laid out, subdivided and platted the said Block 2 Into
lots and streets as hereon shown, under the name and style of Resubdivision of Block 2, Mortensen Subdivision, and do
by these presents grant and convey to Jefferson County, Colorado, in fee simple, all such streets, and do hereby
declare that those certain restrictive covenants contained in document recorded in Book 670 at page 243 of the
Jefferson County records shall apply to all lots in this subdivision except with respect to that part of subdivision "E"
thereof reading "An easement five (5) feet wide is reserved along at1 rear and side lot lines for utility installation
and maintenance ; which said provision is hereby vacated, annulled and set aside insofar as said Block 2 1s concerned,
and oil rights reserved unto said Henry R. Binkley and Barbara L. Binkley under said provision arehereby surrendered,

waived and relinquished; provided, however, that there is hereby reserved an easement five (5) feet In width along all
