North along the East line of said Section 26, a distance of 25 feet; thence West
and parallel to the South line of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4, 207.5 f~et; thence
North 76024'23/1 West, 82.31 feet; thence South and parallel to the East line of
said Section 26, a distance of 29.22 feet; thence South 79022' East, 8l.GO feet;
