Company to the city of Wheat Ridge, covering the 9.75 feet of property
on the 44th Avenue side of our ground at West 44th Avenue and Wadsworth
Boulevard. Wheat Ridge. Colorado. Also. enclosed is a copy of our
survey showing the area being deeded to your city.
We will appreciate your coordinating the revisions in the
area with our local contractor at that location.
