KNO'd ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That at a regulal meeting of the Board of Director: of SKel_v
011 Company held at the office o~ said Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma,

resolution was adopted by said Board as follows:
HE IT RESOLVED, That until otherwise ordered
by this Board, the President or any Vice Presiden~
of the Company shall have authority to make, erter
into, sign, execute, and deliver on behalf of the
C.ompany all. r,eceipts, releases, deeds, leases,
bills of sale, conveyances, contracts, agreements,
stock certificates, and other documents of like
nature, w~th attestation by the Secretary or any
Assistant Secretary in cases in which such attesta-
tion is necessary or proper; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the President or ary
Vice President, in either case joined by the TreasJrer
or an Assistant Treasurer, be and they hereby are
authorized to effect loans and advances at any time
for this Company from 3.ny bank, trust company, or
other source, or, for other Company purposes,
including, but not limited to, the guaranteeirg of
