of the NW~ of the NW~ of said section; thence North along section
line 167.67 feet; thence East at right angles to the last line
208.75 feet; thence South at right angles to the last line 167.67
feet; thence West at right angles to last line 208.75 feet to the
point of beginning. Reserving unto the Grantor,its successors and
assigns, an easement 30 feet in width across the West 30 feet of
the above described parcel to be used for the construction,operation
and maintenance of natural gas pipelines.
The property herein conveyed is to be used for public park purposes only and
at such time as the property is no longer used for public park purposes, title
to the property herein conveyed shall revert to the Grantor, its successors
and assigns and this deed shall be void.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto
belonging, or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the
said party of the fh;st part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
