QUIT CLAIM DEED
Anthony Ficco, Louis J, Ficco and Anthony M. Ficco, whose address
IS 11692 West 36th A venue, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable con-
sideration, in hand paid, hereby sell and quit claim to the City of WheatRidge,
a Municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Colorado, the following
real property situate in the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, for the pur-
pose of a public right-of-way, to-wit:
A tract in the Wl/2, Wl/2, NWl/4 NWl/4 of Section 28,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the NWl/4 of said
Section 28, said point being 30 feet southerly of the NW corner
of said Section 28; thence easterly parallel to the North line of
said Section 28 a distance of 305.61 feet, said point being the
point of beginning; thence Southerly parallel to the West line
of said Section 28, 398 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the
north line of said Section 28, 7.5 feet; thence Northerly parallel
to the West line of said Section 28, 398 feet; thence Westerly 7.5
feet to the point of beginning,
together with all its appurtenances.
