Dear Mr. Kraemer:
We enclose herewith a quit claim deed from the Fruitdale Sanitation
District to the City of Wheat Ridge for the area on which the treatment
plant of the district is located.
Within the next sixty days our contractors will be removing the fence
and certain equipment and fencing the metering station. It is with the
understanding that the deed is delivered to you at this time.
