of Jefferson, State of Colorado, a body politic and
WHEREAS, said Deed is recorded at BOOK 1015

WHEREAS, said property was intended to be used for public road
purposes, and
WHEREAS, said property is now used for public ~oad purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City
