QUITCLAIM DEED
THE CONSOLIDATED MUTUAL WATER COMPANY, a Colorado nonprofit
corporation, whose street address is 10075 West Colfax Avenue, Lakewood,
Colorado, tor tbe consideration of $1,UUO, in hand paid, hereby sells and
conveys to the CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, a municipal corporation of the State
of Colorado, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain well
now or formerly known as the Olson Well, located in Section 26, Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., in Jefferson County, Colorado, near
the southeast corner of the intersection of West 29th Avenue and
Wadsworth Boulevard.

AGREEMENT
This agreement, made mi%y ~.<. , 1978,
by and between THE CONSOLIDATED MUTUAL WATER COMPANY, a
Colorado nonprofit corporation (hereinafter called "Seller"),
and the City of Wheat Ridge, a municipal corporation (hereinafter
called (nBuyer"),
WITNESSETH that Seller agrees to sell to Buyer,
and Buyer agrees to buy from Seller, for the price of $1,000,
all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to that certain
well now or formerly known as the Olson Well, located in
Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
in Jefferson County, Colorado, near the southeast corner
of the intersection of West 29th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard.
Seller makes no warranty or representation that
there are any water rights appurtenant to the well or that
any water can be obtained from it. Seller makes no
warranty or representation that it has marketable title to
the well, and cannot provide any title evidence.
Seller will promptly seek to obtain a release
of the well from the lien of Seller's Indenture of Mortgage
and Deed of Trust dated as of February 1, 1957, but does not
warrant or represent its ability to do so.
Seller will convey its right, title and interest
in and to the well by quitclaim deed. The provisions of this
Agreement shall not be deemed merged in the deed.
In witness whereof the parties have caused this
Agreement to be executed the day and year first above written.
