SUBJECT: Kelly Subdivision Filing #1 all being located in Section 21,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth P. M. all being
located in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado
Dear Ms. Dyer:
According to the quit claim deed that is recorded in Book 3082, Page
454 of the Jefferson County records, the north fi ve feet of Lots 1 & 2
of Kelly Subdivision was intended to represent the north five feet of
Lots 1 & 2 of the Kelly Subdivision, Piling #1 that is located in Section
21, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth P. M. all being located
in the City of Wheat Ridge.
The City requested that the Kellys dedicate an additional five feet
along the north portion of Lots 1 & 2 to take care of the additional
Right-of-Way that would be needed to expand the Right-of-Way at this
location.
