MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : That the undersigned, being the owners of the South one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northwest one- quarter of Section 24, T.3 S, R. 69 W. of the 6th. P. Should the subdividers, or their agents fail to approve or disapprove such plans, designs or locations within 30 days after such plans hove been submitted to them, or, in any event, no suit to enjoin the erection of such buiiding or structure or the making of such alteration has been commenced prior to the completion thereof, then such approval shall not be required and this covenant will be deemed to have been complied with . Neither the subdividers or their agents shall receive any compensation for such services. The powers and duties outlined herein shall cease on and after January I, 1973.
