This dedication went through about 95% of Lot C of the original Crestview Park Subdivision. On Crestview Park Amended this remaining 5% was called Side Lot "A" and is adjacent to the Dudley Street right-of-way. Mr. George Holley no longer wants to maintain this small strip and has "quit claimed" it to us. Street improvements have been constructed on private property and consequently the applicant does not wish to keep this property. This case is linked to Case No. WV-84-1/DTLDINE.
