WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of

of Jefferson, Colorado, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner
of the property of Kathryn Zbryk am Scott A. Rice as described in Reception
#82046597, recorded July 7, 1982, Jefferson County Records, State of Colorado:
thence west along the north line of said property 5.00 feet; thence south para-
llel with the west line of the said property 91. 00 feet to a point of curvature;
thence southwesterly 12. 57 feet along a curve concave to the northwest, having
a radius of 8.00 feet and a central angle of 90000' 00" to the beginning of a re-
verse curve; thence westerly 8.74 feet more or less along a curve concave to the.
south, having a radius of 38.00 feet am a delta of 13010'25" to a point on the
south line of said property; thence east 21.66 feet more or less to the southeast
corner of said property; thence north 100.00 feet more or less to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
