I further certify that the centerline of the 66 foot wide strip was field located under my direct supervision and checking during 1984 from the use of Plat Book A, Pages 14 and 15, Jefferson County Records. The parcells) affected (if any portion) was determined from a records search performed at Jefferson County Records. It is from the above recited instruments that their impact (if any) with the 66 foot wide strip was reconciled from the use of those instruments, together with the perimeter of said Sections 20 and 21. No land survey of the individual parcel(s) were performed or intended to imply any direct or indirect representation to a monumented Land Surveyor Plat as defined under subsections (1 through 5, 7,8 and 9) of Section 38-51-100.3, C.R.S. 1973 (1979 Supp.).
