editions of the International Building Code,
International Mechanical Code, International
Plumbing Code, International Property
Maintenance Code, International Energy
Conservation Code, International Residential
Code, International Fire Code, International
Existing Building Code, International Swimming
Pool And Spa Code, and International Fuel Gas
Code; the 2017 edition of the National Electrical
Code; the 2018 National Fire Protection
Association (NFPA 99) Standard for Health Care
Facilities; the 1997 Uniform Code for the
Abatement of Dangerous Buildings; adopting
certain amendments to such codes; providing
penalties for violations of the same; and
amending Chapter 5 of the Wheat Ridge Code
of Laws accordingly
