CHARACTER STATEMENT THE PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF TWO SINGLE LEVEL RETAIL BUILDING. SPECIAL ATTENTION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE LANDSCAPED BELTS ALONG 38TH AVENUE AND WADSWORTH BLVD. TO REDUCE THE VISUAL EFFECT OF PARKED CARS AND TO ENHANCE THESE STREETSCAPES. CONSIDERATION WAS GIVEN TO THE ADJACENT COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENTS AND SURROUNDING RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE DESIGN CONCEPT OF THIS CENTER. THE MATERIALS ARE TO BE PAINTED METAL ROOFING, STUCCO COATED CONCRETE WALLS AND FACADES, AND CERAMIC TILE ACCENTS. UTILIZATION THE WILMORE CENTER BUILDINGS ARE ANTICIPATED TO CONTAIN GENERAL RETAIL SPACE, A GARDEN CENTER/GREENHOUSE, AND OTHER SIMILAR BUSINESSES AND APERTIRENT FACILITIES.
