consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), in hand paid,
hereby do sell and convey to the City of Wheat Ridge, a municipal
corporation in the state of Colorado, whose address is 7500 West
29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado,
80215-6797, the following real property, in the City of Wheat
Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, to wit:

described as beginning at a point on the east line of
said parcel, 2 feet south of the northeast corner of
asid parcel and extending westerly parallel with the

arc at the northwest corner of said parcel, TOGETHER
