consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), in hand paid,
do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the city of Wheat
Ridge, a municipal corporation in the state of Colorado, whose
address is 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, county of Jeffer- ) I

Jefferson County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 7; Thence

courses:
