WARRANTY DEED
CHARLES A., ROBERT L., AND HAROLD D. EINARSEN, for the considera-
tion of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDREe AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2500.00),
in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the
City of Wheat Ridge, a municipal corporation in the State of
Colorado, whose address is 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge,
County of Jefferson, state of Colorado, 80215-6797, the following
real property, in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
state of Colorado, to wlt:

TRACT 1 BEING THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF THE NORTH 35 FEET OF
THE WEST 90 FEET OF THE EAST 151.45 FEET OF THE W 1/2 OF
THE W 1/2 OF SAID NW 1/4 OF SECTION 27.
TRACT 2 BEING DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF LOT "A" WESTHAVEN SUBDIVISION THENCE SOUTH
ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT "A" 10 FEET; THENCE
NORTHWESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF WEST 38th
