TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2020 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO REFLECT THE APPROVAL OF A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,000 FOR CITY ATTORNEY LEGAL
SERVICES
WHEREAS, section 10.12 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws grants City Council the authority to make supplemental budget appropriations when necessary; and
WHEREAS, to continue the support of the City Attorney through 2020, a supplemental budget appropriation is necessary to transfer funds from General Fund reserves to the City Attorneys’ budget; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND IS HEREBY APPROVED:
A supplemental budget appropriation in the amount of $35,000 to account #01-107-700-750 for the purpose of additional City Attorney legal services.
