grant, bargain, sell and convey to the City of Wheat Ridge, a
municipal corporation in the state of Colorado, whose address is
7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, state of
Colorado, 80215-6797, the following real property situate, lying
and being in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State
of Colorado, to wit:

Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT C, RIDGE

THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID TRACT C,
30 FEET. THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 51.89 FEET M/L TO A POINT
