the City of Wheat Ridge, a body corporate and politic of the
State of Colorado, Petitioner, commenced an action in the
District Court in and for Jefferson County, state of Colorado,
being civil Action No. "fs~[YI/1- 7 , courtroom~, in that
Court, against the following-described Respondents, to-wit:

MARGARET ANN EMGE;
THE MTJNICIPA:G CRFDIT lTNION OF DENVER;
TED B. MOORE;
HELEN PHILLIPS, as Public Trustee of Jefferson County; and
ROBERT BAMMERLIN, in his official capacity as Treasurer of
Jefferson County, Colorado,
The said action is an eminent domain action brought by
the Petitioner to condemn real property, improvements and
appurtenances thereon which may be owned of record by said
Respondents in Jefferson County, state of Colorado, said lands
and appurtenances affected thereby being more particularly
described as follows:
A tract of land lying in the SW \ of section 22; Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th principal Meridian, city of Wheat
Ridge, state of Colorado, described as:
