This Concept Plan is intended to serve as
a guide to prospective subdividers, developers,
and/or persons desiring to annex to the City
of Wheat Ridge within the unincorporated
portion of Jefferson County described herein.
This shall also serve as a guide to the City
of Wheat Ridge Planning Commission and
City Council, pursuant to CRS 31-23-212,
when reviewing proposed subdivisions or major
street construction planned within this
unincorporated area, and when considering
annexation proposals or any other proposal
that may effect the general health, safety,
and/or general welfare of the citizens of
the City of Wheat Ridge.
