1'\\ GARY L. WILSON and SUZANNE P. WILSON (collecti~ly, "Grantor") and the COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO, a body politic and corporate, duly organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado (the "County"), whose legal address is 100
Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado 80419.
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency
of which the Grantor acknowledges, the Grantor does by these presents remise, release, sell, and
convey unto the County, its successors and assigns, the water rights identified in Attachment 1
attached hereto and incorporated by reference, situate, lying and being in the County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado.
TO BA VE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in any way thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or equity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this deed.
