WEST DNF.-QUARTER, SECTION 14, TowrJSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6th PRI;.-
CIPAL MERIDAN IN ORDER TO CORRECT AN ERRUNEoUS LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN
ORDINANCE NO. 37.
WHEREAS, Drdinence No. 37 erroneoua;.v delineated certain streata fo~ va-
cstion purposes; and
WHEREAS, this ordinence is enected to n~esl Ordinance No. 3'/; p","
WHEREAS, the fo.lowing described street is no longer necassery fcr ,o~ ~v
the public; and

ing it with another public road; and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THe: CITY Dr WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 37 ie hereby repealed.

Colorado, be vscated, to wit:

Colorado, described aa follows:
Beginning at the Southweet corner of the S~, S~ of Section 14, thance

psrrellel to the south line of Section 14 a distance of 10.0 feet to a
point, thence north DOlO' east perellel to the waat line of the S~,
