QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that EMIL P. OSWALD JR., whose
address is 4615 Independence street, Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, 80033, for the consideration of ONE
