KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that we, Leon G. Morris, owner of all of Block
3, Highland Gordens except the west 150. foot, and except a tract beginning of a
point 25 feet north of south-easl corner of Block 3, thence west 143.feet;. thence
north 140.5 feet to the north line of the south one-half of Block 3; thence west 48
feet; thence north 60 foot' thence east 16 feet-; thence north 48 feet, thence
east 32 feet; /hence north 57.5feeti thence east 143 feet; to the west line of
Horton Street; thence south 306. feet to the point of beginningt and OrvilleC.
Baker and Mildred H. Baker, owners of the oil of fhe north 3 acres of Block 2,
Highland Gardens except that port recorded as Baker Subdivision; and Leah G.
McClain, owner of the south 75 feet of the north one-half of Block 1, Highland Gardens -
and MifeAell P. Bowers and Jeanne R. Bowers, owners the south e5 feet of the west'
150. feet of the south one-half of Block 3, Highland Gardens•
have caused the same to be laid out, subdivided and plotted into tots and streets
under the name .of MORRIS SUBDIVISION as shown on the accompanying- map,
