Principal Meridian, in Jefferson County, Colorado, said tract or parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the south line of Section 16, T. 3 s.,
R. 69 W. and the west line of Parfet St., from Which point, the south t corner of
said Section 16 bears N. 89' 39' E. a distance of 578.0 feet:
1. Thence along the west line of Parfet St., N. 00' 21' W. a distance
