and in consideration of the sem of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), and other valuable con-
sideration to in hand paid by the DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS,
STATE OF COLORADO, hereinafter called the "Department", receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has given and granted and by these presents does hereby
give and grant unto the said DeparCll1ent a PERPETUAL EASEMENT on, along, over

A tract or parcel of land No. PE-192 of the Department of Highways', State
of Colorado, Proj~~t No. I 70-3(8)268 Sec. 2 cDntaining 0.020 acres, more or
less, in the SEt of SWt of Section 16, Township 3 South, Range 69 West, of
the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Jefferson County, Colorado, said tract or
parcel being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North-South center line of Sec. 16, T. 3S.,
R. 69W., from which point the S. t corner bears S. 00. 21' E., a distance
of 320.0 feet;
1. Thence, S. 89. 39' W., a distance of 43.0 feet;
2. Thence, S. 00. 21' E., a distance of 20.00 feet;
3. Thence, N. 89. 39' E., a distance of 43.0 feet to the North-South
centerline of said Sec. 16;
4. Thence, along tl.i! North-South centerline of said Sec. 16, N. O.
21' W., a distance of 20.0 feet, more or less to the point
of beginning.
