South, Range 69 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Jefferson County,
Colorado, said tract or parcel being more particularly described Sa follows:
Beginning at a point on the south lin~ of Lot 19, same being the south line
of Section 17, T. 3 S., R. 69 W.. from which point the southeast corner of
Section 17 bears N. 89.27' E" a distance of 565.4 feet;
I, Thence along the south line of Lot 19, S. 890 27' W" a dist-
ance of 74.6 feet to the west line of Lot 19;
2. Thence along the west line of Lots 19 and 20, N. 00. 21' W., a
