A tract or parcel of land No. 152, of the Department of Highways, State of
Colorado, Project No. I 70-3(8) 268, Section 2, containing 0,140 acres, more
or less, in the SE~ of the NW~ of Section 20, Township 3 South, Range 69 West,
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Jefferson County, Colorado, said tract or
parcel being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW
property corner, being on the north line of West 44th Avenue, from which point
the center of Section 20, T.3 5., R.69 W., bears 5.43025115" E. a distancE' of
966.2 feet; thence along the S. property line, N. 890501 E. a distance of 97.4
feet, to the casterly property line; thcnce along the easterly property line,
N, 30'29'30" E, a distance or' 108.4 feet to the aoutherly right-of-way line of
S.H, Ko, 34 (November 1964); thence along the southerly right-of-way line of
